Sunwave vs Zoobook EHR: Which is a better fit?

All components work together within the system which makes reporting amazing. This has also been one of the best systems for compliance auditing as well.

I can do away with filing of paper records and poor tracking and following protocols.

The system is very user friendly, the support staff has been amazing. Any issues that we've ran into have addressed almost immediately.

Implementing was challenging, but change is always hard in the beginning.

They have both been very kind, attentive, and their actions show how much they care about their customers and believe in their product.

The inability to do a general search for a name (like in Salesforce).

I really like the reporting capabilities and the ability to move forms and clients through programs and different admissions.

I appreciate the ease of use of zoobooks. The system is streamlined and makes it easy to facilitate continuity of care with other professionals.

Trouble navigating the EHR as I am not yet familiar with the zoobook.

Zoobook is a great system, especially for its colors and Support Team. They are very helpful and have the ability to customize the system to fit your workflow and your staff members as well.

Before I got into the recurring meetings with [sensitive content hidden], I thought it was really hard to use the billing system on Zoobook.

The Widgets system is also great and very easy to use. As for their Support Team, they are excellent at organizing meetings and replying to emails.

Even though I'm an administrator, my access is limited; I can't delete or edit.

I have been with Zoobook for more than a year, and the system was very great. We had to make some changes, but overall, I had a great time with them.

I use it to schedule daily clients at a Substance abuse clinic.
