Playbypoint provides an integrated POS and management software for clubs allowing them to handle all aspects of their operation under one single solution.
Its pretty good with many features & myself and my staff are comfortable using it. The customer service is great.
My only complaint about this software is that somethings require more clicking than they should.
Ease of use and access to data and reports help us to keep things organized and see what we are doing well, or need to do better. Great price for what you get.
A little difficult for technologically impaired people.
It’s very nice to be able to see all of the classes at once, and it makes taking attendance super easy. I also like being able to see any make-ups right with my other students names.
If you don't bill Monday through Friday of that week, the data are lost as kids may attend different classes the following week. Also billing is not itemized.
We love that there are so many features and they are always implementing better features. They have wonderful customer service as well.
Sometimes it lags, based upon how many people are in the site.
I also like the fact that if we have an issue it is resolved right away.
Also, if I forget and once a booking is created, I can’t see if it’s a hard or clay court.

Brittney: Hi, I'm Brittney. I am a competitive gymnastics coach working in the sports industry and I give Jackrabbit a five out of five. So in our company, we use Jackrabbit to assign children to different classes and where they're going to go and also assigned coaches where they go. And we're able to check in each individual student for the classes that they have, as well as let them sign up for future classes. What I like most about Jackrabbit Gymnastics is that I'm able to not only keep track of the classes I'm in charge of, but also what my coworkers are in charge of, so if we move a student from one class to another, I can kind of speak with the parents and give them a heads up about the new instructor will be and what the new timeframe will be for the child's class. The one thing I do wish that Jackrabbit had was the availability to make a trial account, because there are some students who only come in for a small trial period, and they don't need to have that full existing account that repeats every week. So I would like to see something that maybe only shows up for a class period until we make them a permanent part of that class.
