itemit vs AssetCues: Which is a better fit?

I love itemit because it is very user friendly and intuitive. It has all the necessary features you would expect for managing your Inventory laid out in a way that is super functional.

Can be glitchy when the mobile signal is poor.

Overall so far I am enjoying using ITEMIT and the support given by the team is superb, quick and very helpful.

Sorry if there is an option. Currently set to alphabetical order.

The customer service of Itemit has been great and their support has been great. Will carry on with them for the foreseeable future.

There's no way to upload items in bulk with CSV yourself, though they offer an import service during onboarding.

Itemit is a great company that I have used for a year now and it it great to keep track of everything we have in the business for IT.

As we have gone along the user process there are a number of areas where I have found the system a bit clunky and not giving me enough functionality to record bespoke aspects for me.aspects.

Overall, AssetCues is an excellent asset tracking software for small businesses. It's easy to use, cost-effective, and has all the features we need to manage our assets effectively.

Need more enhancement in software once it is updated some old features get disturb.

We can easily track Asset Tracking and Asset management with the help of this software. With the help of mobile application, we can track our asset anytime anywhere.

Unwanted information also getting while report generated.

As a owner i always want to have a control over the assets. This is the best tools to have a efficient tool for having control over the assets.

We need to download and add the new users in the same list and then upload is a little difficult as after that we have to re-allocate the users again.

Using the Asset software and maintaining the Asset Tracking is very user friendly, we can manage our assets from our computers.

Further there should be a dedicated customer management team which can cater for all issues and work as one stop contact to the client for all problems related to the project execution and closure.
