Advanced Time and Attendance vs Hourly: Which is a better fit?

We were given the sales pitch and the features sound great, they can do everything. Once it is up and running the data you can retrieve is great.

Since her departure, the work she started seems to have stopped and service has gone back to as before. Recent upgrades have failed due to insufficient / missing documentation from Mitrefinch.

The implementation was good and the engineers were very knowledgeable. Initial account management was good.

The service has been truly awful. The company has undergone a lot of change and I feel the customers have been forgotten along the way.

There are also standard reports that have already been created that are also very useful. I also like how intuitive the system is. I would say it is pretty user friendly with the appropriate training.

I had thought that we had lost a number of days of data.

Advance Systems' solution is easy to use; the support is excellent and very responsive. I gave specific system requirements for labor costing and reporting; they nailed them all.

I thought that we'd be charged for additional seats even though the total numbers we needed stayed constant, just the users changed.

It's fairly user friendly and has a variety of useful features. Great value for the price compared to other solutions.

I have made the mistakes a couple of time by not selecting the correct time period because it defaults to more recent.

The overall experience with Hourly has been great. We appreciate the easy access and the simplicity of the software as our employees do too.

Few steps need to be taken to pay hourly rate. Another trouble is monthly salary needs to deactivate (so that they dont get the stub) when we want to skip that employee.

The ease of the program is also outstanding. In the 2 years of using the service, they have done many improvement as well.

So far I Don’t have anything about this software I don’t like least yet.

Super easy to use and track employees, great for a non technical person like myself.

I don’t like the fact that there was very small amount of instructions. I basically had to figure it out myself.
