We admins have always simply avoided doing that, but the technical capability makes some board members nervous.

The reporting functionality is fantastic- we have access to all the data we need to validate our election and know that it's secure.

Inability to get confirmation texts for anyone that votes.

The customer support offered is outstanding, indicating the owners' genuine concern and dedication to each client.

The is some manipulation of the CSV file needed because of our requirements. However, AV has offered to do that for us at no charge.

The ease of use and the excellent instruction guide. The security of having a system of validating members provided a sense of honesty and integrity in the voting process.

Great customer service, great price, great product. We used it for our annual research competition where the audience gets to vote for their favorite research team.

Our main purpose for using this was for a presentation and it was awkward having to switch to the web browser to present the open-ended questions.

Great integration with Powerpoint and polls are super simple to set up. The poll results can be displayed real time and are a great way to engage the audience/class.

The display options are limited and we've had some technical challenges.

We used it as a way to engage our worship audience in real time each weekend and to have some fun. It was cool, and a success.

The integration with PPT was clunky - had to exit out of presentation mode in order to operate multiple survey questions due to the need to "stop" each question before proceeding to the next.
