Annoying when image is saved down with the same name and it is difficult to remove a duplicate if attached to a product or to find where the duplicate is.
PIM is very easy to use. You dont require alot of training to get going and once you get used to the system, its brilliant.
If we needed to access specific reports or sets of data it was a lengthy, manual process, often prone to errors. Now we can manipulate the data as needed to meet the needs of everyone concerned.
I like the flexibilty of importing and exporting data, enabling mass datasets to be reviewed updated and imported back into the system with relative ease.
My only regret is that it took me so long to find it.
I am impressed with their functionality, their customer support and how fast they helped us get rolled out and up and runnning.
At first we found uploading data a little difficult, however this was user error rather than the system. Once we sorted this, we find this very easy to do.
The support of ProductsUp is amazing, and super friendly. They know what they're doing, and not once disappointed me when asking for help.
Probably the biggest drawback is the lack of a change history and user permissions. There is no view access and once you make a change there's no going back.

Some fonctionality are difficult to use, and sometimes we don't have any document for some existing feature.

Granularity or Error Messaging to assign Error notifications by type to different people is not quite there but you still are able to set many notifications to a group.
It's intuitive and robust help area is great. Also the responsiveness of Productsup support is highly valued.
On a personal note, it is difficult to sometimes create shortcuts when managing several different feeds and we need to repeat the same steps across a few.
