I found that Form Simplicity was the easiest platform I was exposed to early in my career and it has only improved over the last few years. I'm very grateful for this platform and the easy of use.
I'll put a signature prompt on a line but then the signature ends up being anywhere from half an inch to inch above where I placed the signature box. Make's it inconvenient at times.

Wish there was an option to use client names for transactions. Currently can be confusing with multiple offers and lingering names in a transaction can accidentally show up in forms.
Form simplicity is easy to use, it is free as part of my real estate membership through my state and clients love it.
