HourStack's simple time management calendar helps teams of all sizes to gain full transparency and improve efficiencies.
Designed for small and medium businesses in Australia and New Zealand, specifically organisations with casual or part-time staff whose working hours can often vary.
The reporting feature is really easy to use and provide useful daily and weekly review information. In reports, I really like seeing planned vs actual times - it helps me improved my estimations.
The only downside to the application is a slight lag with app integrations and the software is expensive.
Let's me plan out my entire week - both meetings and tasks - to ensure I accomplish important tasks. Integrations with Todoist and Google Calendar are very good.
I feel it's missing some features for the administrators.
Improved my efficiency, keeps me on track during the day, allows me to better plan my work and also improves pricing for services that require time-spent.
There were bugs every once in a while or the server/app would just crash. Also, there wasn't a public API we could access to build out our own software for reporting.
It has simple implementation procedures and it is quite affordable. I am assured of reliability and dependability while using this software.
The only thing I can remotely complain about is the week-based interface, where you need to "rollover" open items to the next week, then disperse from there. No big deal, just adds an extra step.
The ability to do rosters and do daily checks on time sheets produce reports to allocate super etc. Customer service is awesome.
As the administrator on occasion the software fails and logs itself out for no apparent reason.
The features that are great are the access to the help desk. They are very friendly and see your problem through until it is solved.
The only downside was i wish there was a option for a note system when my staff sign in using their fingerprint as most of them forget about the app and that they can notes on there.
I love that the program is integrated with Xero/Myob and I think the rostering and leave application is fantastic.
Sometimes it freezes and we have to quit the program. I'm not sure if it's our problem or not.
Wageloch is very user friendly, the customisation to the user is fabulous, and the customer service is phenomenal.
Compared to other rostering software systems, it is missing employee on boarding.
Prioritize real-user-identified key features according to your needs to find your best fit.
