This software is really amazing and I can think of very little that requires improvement. Compared to other auction software, it is not only a real bargain, but a wonderful interface.

This software is misleading, be sure and read their additional charges which are hidden.

Easy to use, easy to set up. Great use of featuring donors on the landing page and on the product, complete with ability to add the donor’s website.

There is no way to fix errors or take down an auction item, even if the auction bas not started yet.

This auction platform is very easy to use and and a great value. The homepage and bidding pages can be customized and easily draw the user in.

However- each payment done via PayPay was charged and immediately cancelled. I spent an hour on the phone with paypal and they determined it was an issue with 32auctions.

We were pleased to use this software and it met all our needs.

Great customer service and love the affordable service fee compared to other similar platforms on the market.

There were truly no aspects of the software that were difficult to use or impaired our event. One feature that would have benefited us to have is more customization with the donation buttons.

Everyone I have interacted with from HelloFund has been knowledgeable and friendly. This is a great team with a good, solid solution.

We used it for the first time April 2022 and for the second time April 2023 - there are so many features that I was unaware of and as I continue using the product, I learn more and more.

I really love the dashboard - it is very user friendly and easy to manipulate from an Administrator perspective. Auction items are incredibly easy to upload and real-time changes are easy as well.

I don't like that you can't really edit and customize to your brand.

Overall, HelloFund is an excellent fundraising software tool for non-profit organizations. Its user-friendly interface, event support, and excellent customer support make it a great choice.

We did have some difficulty integrating financial reports with our internal accounting system, leading to some frustration since numbers didn't exactly match up.
