QloApps can be used to manage small, medium or large-scale properties. It can be used to manage properties including hotels and resorts, vacation rentals, hostels, B&B, caravans,camps,apartments etc.
The aspects I like most about this software is the features and service it providers to users. It helps the customer book a table at the time that works best for them.
For me personally, it was hard to start to use this app as confirmation from the restaurant was lost before my visit.
I have been using OpenTable for over six years (since 2018). I have accumulated wealth of points, rewards, and enjoy OpenTable VIP status and absolutely love my experince with this app.
Once I received an alert I failed to show up for my reservation.
This is the most robust reservation platform available. Great features, great tie-ins to marketing outlets, and solid integrations.
I hate when restaurants are not using this software. C'mon restaurants, get on the ball and start using this product.

Misinformation on their website when they say this app support IIS when it fails to meet specifications during installation as the installer looks for specification for Apache only.

It seems that the "Free”app is only a ploy to make you pay for additional services that will turn out to be more expensive than buying an Application.

Difficult to customize if not an expert. The marketplace is not ready to use for an OTA without additional customisation.
Very versatile, based on Prestashop platform, you are able to manage both your website along with rooms and hotels. You may add as many hotels as you like and assign as many rooms as you like as well.
Needs assistance for new users in the admin and while installation. Backend could be bit messy with so many entries for a booking.
Speaker 1: Hi, I'm Raegan, I'm an accountant for a utility company, and I use OpenTable and give it a five star rating. I use OpenTable to book meetings at different restaurants for when we go to conferences, for about 25 people. That helps me in order to expedite our dinners that we have at our conferences. I like the fact that you can use the OpenTable app or you can go online and book directly through whichever restaurant that you're trying to get reservations at. What I like least about OpenTable is that sometimes the restaurants that we go to book at, they don't have availability for our size of party, so it would be nice if they would increase the number of available people that we're able to make a reservation for.
