The aspects I like most about this software is the features and service it providers to users. It helps the customer book a table at the time that works best for them.
For me personally, it was hard to start to use this app as confirmation from the restaurant was lost before my visit.
I have been using OpenTable for over six years (since 2018). I have accumulated wealth of points, rewards, and enjoy OpenTable VIP status and absolutely love my experince with this app.
Once I received an alert I failed to show up for my reservation.
This is the most robust reservation platform available. Great features, great tie-ins to marketing outlets, and solid integrations.
I hate when restaurants are not using this software. C'mon restaurants, get on the ball and start using this product.

Speaker 1: Hi, I'm Raegan, I'm an accountant for a utility company, and I use OpenTable and give it a five star rating. I use OpenTable to book meetings at different restaurants for when we go to conferences, for about 25 people. That helps me in order to expedite our dinners that we have at our conferences. I like the fact that you can use the OpenTable app or you can go online and book directly through whichever restaurant that you're trying to get reservations at. What I like least about OpenTable is that sometimes the restaurants that we go to book at, they don't have availability for our size of party, so it would be nice if they would increase the number of available people that we're able to make a reservation for.
