The developers are super fast to help customers out as well and I never once felt like we weren't an important customer.
Very hard to come up with dislikes actually. If anything, I am not sure if an upgrade to a pro offers a trial period or if it's an outright upgrade.
I like the system where others can book online into the calendar. Its integration and automation is the biggest advantage that I like the most, plus its easy, fast and saves time.
Personally we think is rather costly when you start adding up all the amounts.
It meets all the user requirements all the automated simple requirements that the customer needs to work with when using the software. Its simply interesting and amazing.
Also after booking confirmation, there is NO LINK to BOOK ANOTHER SERVICE. There is also very minimal customizations you can do with the booking page.
Love the product so far - great price for building forms, SMS reminders and email follow-ups. Have enjoyed using the product so far and will continue to use.

Customer service was great when I reached out, they seem to really care that you have a good experience.
The setup interface is a bit confusing at first, and it's frustrating that the services cannot be easily grouped or segmented into categories.
The price is extremely competitive with the competition and the support is very responsive and helpful. I love the tool so much I can safely say I consider myself friends with the founding team.
Instead, I'm forced to delete them and create new ones. That's a minor annoyance, not a dealbreaker.
When it came back in 2019, I jumped on the chance to stack an extra code. Since then, I've used it to set up my booking page and found it not only powerful, but easy to use, and with great support.
It can feel a little overwhelming and a little confusing at first.
Overall, my experience with Book Like a Boss has been great and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a scheduling tool for their business.

I use it currently for quite a while, but I had two major problems. The first problem was the landing page. It definitely did not really boast about what I do. And then the second problem was that I had issues with the SMSs. They never delivered for my clients. When I saw a Book Like A Boss, the first thing that caught my attention was the UI, UX. It just looked so beautiful. And then when I checked the roadmap, because I got it a long time ago, when I checked roadmap, I was like, "This is exactly what I need." Because it covered all those issues I mentioned, which is things like having my own landing page, being able to easily design it. They also had the ability to send SMS notifications, reminders, and it was just super flexible. So I took it for a trial and then I was just mind blown and decided to pull the plug and get it. Using Book Like A Boss was easy. The onboarding process was actually super straightforward. I never had any issues. I never even had to beep support for help. Everything was just exactly as it was supposed to be. I entered my name, my email address, and all of that, clicked on the verification. And from there, I created my landing page and then I was able to create my appointments, booking, and all of that. Now the best thing actually is that they always have two tips for pretty much every option there. So all you have to do is mouse over and you know exactly what's the option is supposed to be for and it makes it super, super easy to use. When it comes to a Book Like A Boss, there is a whole lot of flexibility. You have the ability to create actual products that can be paid for. You have the ability to create events, booking appointments. You have the ability to sync with your Google, different multiple Google accounts. And it's actually two ways, which means that when a person registers and books, it appears on your calendar. If it is canceled, it also disappears and then it syncs easily with Zoom. So if you have anything related to creating events or booking appointments, you want people to be able to book appointments with you, whether free or paid, Book Like A Boss is definitely the best options. My clients love it.
