My biggest frustration is the lack of support. After a lag time, they will send you an email saying it might take up to 2 business days to get back to you, this is standard for them.
I like the look of the product & constantly get comments back on how great the presentations look and how easy they are for my clients to review.

I accidentally tried to log in with a different email account which presented problems. I emailed the company and someone emailed me back within 24 hours clearing up the problem which I caused myself.
I love that this software is a Canadian company. They have a very nice look, excellent customer service and support and a nice app for on the go.
When you set up lead capture via realtor.ca you get the leads but you also get some spam and other emails that are unwanted.
RealOffice360 offers excellent customer support. Whenever I had questions or encountered issues, their support team was responsive and helpful, ensuring I had a smooth experience using the CRM.
The same information is displayed in multiple pages and it feels redundant. It also can be confusing as page titles change.
They provided features I didn't even know I needed and all for a good monthly cost. Love it and highly recommend it.
The mailchimp intergration is cool, but does not work well when doing drips. I ran into a ton of problems where my campaigns did not go out and lost leads beacuse of it.

While I was looking at different CRMs, a lot of the CRs out there did not allow me to do customized mailers to send out a lot of mail. I send out mail to my clients and friends, and so finding a mail system or CRM that allows me to send out and label mailers is fantastic. A lot of systems don't allow that, they are more based on email. Now, I did find that having a software that had MailChimp was important to me because it's easy to use as a real estate agent, and I also wanted to find a software that allowed me to create anniversaries for birthdays, home anniversaries, individual kid's anniversaries, dog anniversaries, and have a reminder three days in advance or however long I wanted in advance. But there's just not a lot of software out there that I could find that match those criteria. I chose RealOffice because the support is fantastic. They me messaged me every time I add a question within a few hours or less. They have a great premium support system that you can subscribe to. They have a direct to Avery label system that allows you to print off labels immediately, so if you just want to either call up a list of people and print it off, you can do that. You can easily organize your database into different groups. You can easily connect to and integrate with MailChimp and automatically import your emails, so for the less tech-savvy people, that's extremely useful. And also really love the anniversary birthday system that they have in place. I don't really use the part of the software that manages transactions, because I already use a different software for that. But I found it to be a great CRM with a great development crew behind them. It was a transition moving from one CRM to RealOffice. I felt like it was easy, but I had to still scrub a lot of my data to make sure that it was accurate and to use all the features, wonderful features that they have at RealOffice, like making sure you have the right addresses, emails, anniversaries. Making sure to comb through your old file systems as a real estate agent takes a while, but you really saw the value add immediately. As you write birthday cards to people, really easily are reminded of that. And home anniversaries, people are excited to hear that they've owned a house for a year, or if you just want to do real estate updates, you can set a reminder each year to make sure to talk to your client, just like a financial planner would. If you're looking for an inexpensive solution with a great staff that will answer your questions very quickly and make sure you're taken care of if you have any questions, then I would recommend RealOffice. If you're looking to run kind of a ninja selling type business, where you're really connected and trying to generate referrals from people and just have a better relationship with people, I'd say RealOffice is the number one pick that I've found.
