The system is well designed, their people are helpful and responsive, and we were able to vastly improve our external audit capabilities in a surprisingly short timeframe.

There weren't any major items i felt were missing, one or wo small feature requests for our use case/workflow.

Some module is "old" and need to be modernize with new functionality, some mouse "click" should be avoided. Documention of the module is poor and not stucturated.
