Free account is generous and a good stepping stone for monitoring.
Our site was up and down all day, so I had dozens of emails a day that didn't really tell me much about what was wrong.
As soon as i get the email about the same, our team check the issue & working on the same to validate & fix the bug asap. Overall, i am happy using this tool and, i wish to continue with it for now.
Lack of information regarding _why_ the site was down, and how long for - but this seems to now be fixed so I can't think of much else to say.
It's a very cute, helpful product, I'd definitely recommend it.
Would be nice if there was an option to do a second check after a failure to make sure it's a significant failure. Sometimes I get failures posted where there doesn't appear to be any issue.
I really liked using WebGazer and I recommend everybody looking for a monitoring solution to try it out.

I had some issues with false alarms once and the response via discord was quite slow.
All positive, I was able to implement a fantastic solution to ensure I monitor my sites effectively.
At first it was not possible to switch on many monitors at the same time, in the meantime the problem has been solved.
The process to set up a website is easy, fast and effective. The alerts and notifications work like a charm.
It is a straight forward too. There is no negatives that come to mind.
They have so many monitoring features, it's mazing, and so easy to setup, like the website wizard, it's efficient, GUI is great, they always inovate so often i can implement new use case.
I think we didnt deep dive enough to find the problems that heavy users may have. We just set up a new set of alerts for every client and this works fine.
