Sometimes an app will stop working. The odd time, once or twice a year, I'll need to play about with the news scrolling feed as it stops.
My overall experience with OptiSigns has been great. When I needed help I received the help I needed.
At times when editing slides and designs in the backend, OptiSigns program would randomly quit, restart and I would loose what I was working on.
It was super easy to use and plenty of resourceful tools to implement into the software. We are excited to implement this into our business this year.
It was hard to get the TVs connected, so staff couldn't manage it. I would have to drive back to my business to fix it, or wait until another day and leave the signs offline.
It has been a great experience , customer service is outstanding , very easy to use and update , if I run into an issue they are on top of it very quickly to help. What more could one ever ask for.
However, we ran into some issues with the software on the Fire stick and customer services was very unhelpful. Ultimately, we were able to troubleshoot the issues on our own.

We were having trouble with our clients knowing what we served at our coffee area. So it was helpful to install the TVs and install OptiSigns. Truthfully, I found OptiSigns online. I looked at a couple different options. This one just, for some reason, caught my eye. And after reading some of the reviews, just kind of went with it and tried their trial. OptiSigns was pretty easy to set up. Everything was very intuitive. They had an app. I practically set everything up through the browser at first and then used the application afterwards. But everything was pretty seamless and very easy to use. The easiest part about OptiSigns, and my biggest recommendation, is using the app. We were able to upload pictures directly from there. It's very easy. And if you need help, they have a great help system. They'll send you instructions. But I think the difference-maker for them was just having an app that just worked. Sometimes it's difficult to find applications that are very seamless and easy to use. A lot of times, other applications will crash, but this one just seems to work, and it works for what we need it.
