The creator search is a great tool, specifically the look-alike feature. I love the ability to customize campaigns and landing pages.
Our only dislike of GRIN's software is the payments system. Being that we are running 30+ campaigns at a given time, it's extremely cumbersome to go into each campaign and pay our influencers.
It's so helpful that GRIN can take care of the 1099s for my influencers at the end of the year and I just have a bill from GRIN. I also love how smoothly it integrates with my Shopify store.
The biggest issue we've had has been with some connections. Our influencers and ambassadors have had some problems with keeping their social channels connected.
In addition, an amazing quality GRIN includes is custom tagging, properties, etc. These are great for when having multiple team members in working in the same GRIN company account.
Inability to manage multiple influencers at one time, inability to pull a list of content that is complete over a specific time period, cap at number of active influencers.
They are also very down-to-earth, always eager to help, and truly want to see all their brands succeed. I have been blown away by the exceptional customer service offered.

The netwok mapping feature is amazing and has been really useful for the projects I'm doing. The tool is great for social listening.
The only complaint is that sometimes TikTok's don't populate but we know that's a TikTok problem Traackr always manually ads in pieces of content that don't show up the second we flag them.
Used it for 3 years across 10 different clients - it was great, easy to use and incredibly helpful in reporting. The team at Traackr was also very helpful in producing customised reports.
Content tracking seems to be delayed which makes it difficult to maintain full social monitoring.
Traackr is quite powerful and enables the user to clearly understand if an influencer is a good fit or not. It helps to find the right ones and is fun to use.
One thing our company struggles with is finding Tik Toks once they are live on Traackr.
The new audience features are really useful to understand the quality and relevance of influencers. I also love the campaign managing tool, extremely useful.
Limited numbers of inluncers in a campaign, conversions not well developped.
