The creator search is a great tool, specifically the look-alike feature. I love the ability to customize campaigns and landing pages.
Our only dislike of GRIN's software is the payments system. Being that we are running 30+ campaigns at a given time, it's extremely cumbersome to go into each campaign and pay our influencers.
It's so helpful that GRIN can take care of the 1099s for my influencers at the end of the year and I just have a bill from GRIN. I also love how smoothly it integrates with my Shopify store.
The biggest issue we've had has been with some connections. Our influencers and ambassadors have had some problems with keeping their social channels connected.
In addition, an amazing quality GRIN includes is custom tagging, properties, etc. These are great for when having multiple team members in working in the same GRIN company account.
Inability to manage multiple influencers at one time, inability to pull a list of content that is complete over a specific time period, cap at number of active influencers.
They are also very down-to-earth, always eager to help, and truly want to see all their brands succeed. I have been blown away by the exceptional customer service offered.

The ease of use is great. I'm not in Julius a ton, so it's great that I can find things when I need them.
Topics vs. Interest is confusing. I also found many errors on profiles - for example, an influencer who was Female would be under Male, an influencer who was White would be under Hispanic.
Great experience - all of our customer support contacts are wonderful and promptly get back to us with feedback/answers.
Only annoyance with this software is having to get a code sent to my cell phone every time we try to log in.
The reports are most useful as they display clear graphics which are easy to share with colleagues and relay the most important information. Julius' customer service is exceptional.
I feel that very often we have to reach out to our reps to have influencers added to the platform, which can be inconvenient when we're on a tight schedule.
The tracking/checking of the influencer's content is very much applicable. And the customer service has been wonderful - Barbra is so responsive and so ready to help us with anything we need.
It is still missing database from Ecuador. We have done some exercises on influencer discovery but the filters are not showing us useful results yet.
