That I can only use it on one system. I just bought a laptop as I’ll be doing more traveling but it’s installed on my iMac and I have to buy the software again to make the service portable.
It is flexible so that I can save favourite meals, favourite templates. Clients love the layout of the menu plans and grocery lists on both the manual version and app.
The way it is currently seems to be confusing to clients.

It is very difficult for you to use this program without training, it is not something that anyone can use.
There are many great features of the software, especially for those like me who aren't very tech savvy. It was easy to navigate.
Whenever you put your phone on hold then go back to the app, it doesn’t stay on the same page. I also don’t like how you can’t change the initial weight input into the system for the user.
I love being able to see the progress my clients are making and their nutrition logs to help actively coach them on their choices. Love seeing their progess charts.
Now that I’ve figured out how to leverage that toward the cost, I’m irritated I didn’t think of it sooner.

What I like least is the inability to access coaching features from the phone application. I have to have my computer available to review client diaries and chat with clients.
Kristen: I'm Kristen with Elevate Life and Fitness. We are a wellness company, targeting the general public as well as branching off to corporations. And we use the DietMaster Pro system. And I have a rating of five for that. I am using DietMaster Pro to develop meal plans for my clients. I have a wide array of clients, all with different goals. So it's been fabulous having all the different templates to better help each client individually. I like the most, the simplicity of DietMaster Pro. I'm able to get meal plans done very quickly. It's very simple for me to swap things I need. And it's also very simple for my clients to make exchanges. They're able to see a grocery list, a set plan. And, overall, it's just a very simple process. The only things I really dislike about DietMaster Pro is it's not currently integrating with an app I use for my clients. I use Everfit for programming our workouts, and our tasks, and everything. I just love all the features Everfit has. So I would've loved if I was able to sync up everything they log in DietMaster Pro, so I can see it without everybody having to use two separate apps.
