Working with Fuel Cycle has been fantastic. They are incredibly responsive and helpful when it comes to helping us achieve our research goals.
It's too confusing to figure out how to display an activity and send out an email. There should be a way to distribute on both channels at once.
They are quick to jump in and find the best solutions for us. They have built a strong foundation of trust with our team and we know we can count on them.
The redemption process for a user will frequently go sideways on you either by fault of user error or on fault of the GiftBit API or GiftBit's emailer.
The app is also pretty nice and easy for users to use. The email builder is VERY good on making your emails look however you need them to look.
Launching an activity seems to be difficult. You have to import the link, set up the activity + set up the communication email.
I also love the rich profile data points you can capture on members for richer data like appending audience segmentation to.
SurveyGizmo is free CPCs but that's because its so limited and incapable of performing anything more complicated than a quick poll or simple survey. Qualtrics and SurveyMonkey aren't that much better.
I particularly like how Survey Monkey donates money to charity groups. I love the fact that a few minutes of my time can help generate funds for Rescue groups, children, and the environment.
I had to resend the entire survey again with "Name" as one of the required questions. Of course no one wanted to do it twice, so it failed miserably.
I like how user friendly and intuitive it is. It makes answering questions fun and engaging rather than mundane.
Can be a little too simple and sometimes when people get the survey link it does not work. That can mean some people miss out.
Its reporting capabilities and ease of use make it the best choice when looking to gather feedback and insights from your audience. It’s worth a shot to see if you enjoy it as much as I do.
It's structure is boring and most bothersome part is that it allows only few file formats.
We are very satisfied with the open rate of the survey that we are launching, it is the best that we have with any survey software.
The theme can seem boring and not add enough challenge or versatility for some which can lead to them becoming bored and not completing the surveys.
Aviel P.: I'm Aviel. My company is called AVIP Movies AV Productions LLC. We do movies, audio, video production services, and I'd like to give SurveyMonkey five stars from five. Five out of five stars. I tried out many actually, including some like Constant Contact, which include not only email kind of marketing, but the survey portion. I've also tried other ones. Their names don't really come right to my mind, but they offer similar things. But none of them have been as robust. One of the main reasons I chose SurveyMonkey today is because I just have used it so much in the past. Mostly I used it to answer also, but then I used it back in the past for my own surveys. And I just like the responsiveness of SurveyMonkey. The responsiveness is really great. How easy it is to use has been my favorite. And the fact that it's popular and it became more robust really made it better. It was easy to get started with. So easy. I could choose, or we could choose, because it wasn't always me, but we could choose pretty much any template, for example, and just add to it or subtract to it. Within a couple of minutes, you could have a simple survey done. And it has been so much fun to play with because it's easy to use. So that's really my answer. SurveyMonkey is a lot of fun to play with. And not only is it popular, but it's easy to use, and that's what makes it really, really great. I would say that SurveyMonkey, you should definitely just go to their website and it's really easy to navigate. Try the free trial, try one of their templates, because it's fast and quick. And I would just basically say, if you look at their website, it's very easy to use, like SurveyMonkey itself. It's intuitive and it has certain directions that it can point you to. It can point you to a case study or it can give you a survey based on what industry you work in, or it can just let you free-design a survey real easy. It's just a lot of fun to experience.
