Wendy M.: Hi, I'm the owner of Global Flex Terraces and I give Telnyx a five out of five. Well, I switched from, I think, two different ones, which is Twilio and also Plivo. So I've noticed with Telnyx, it's a lot more simpler and quicker to get my number. And that's the main reason why I did them. I really believe that with Telnyx it is a lot simpler. And as far as the customer service, it really... Well, I especially like the tech support thing that I'm not so tech-savvy. They walk you through, and they have an 800 number with a live person there to help you out. And that's a golden [inaudible 00:00:52]. Well, it was pretty much easy. I actually had my Telnyx for quite some time, but as I remembered, it wasn't that difficult to start. So yeah, it's really easy. With the recommendations [inaudible 00:01:10], I would say that it would be mostly, I guess, the way they handled things. I would really recommend again Telnyx to a lot of people, especially if, A, you don't want to go through the [inaudible 00:01:32] process pretty much. So for that reason, that's why I would recommend anyone to use it. Speaker 2: Okay, then.

Sully: Hi, my name's Sully and my rating for Nextiva is a three. We're a web development company with seven people worldwide, four in the US. We used Nextiva up until about a year ago when we moved offices, and the new office required a different telephone company, but we were using them for VoIP services. The pricing was competitive with every major carrier, so I did like that. Nextiva's interface, and I believe that they have updated it since, but at the time, was very, very clunky and difficult to do. I really needed their support in setting up our auto attendance and hunt groups, and it was not possible, for instance, to manage the busy lamp fields on the phones at all with their system, you had to use the manufacturer's interface, and really the support for that interface wasn't very good. Like I said, I understand about a month and a half after I left that they switched that interface, I haven't seen the new one, but if it's anything like the old one, the old one was awful.
