Customer support - they're amazing. I've never had a telecom company with such great support - most companies are absolutely abysmal, and these guys are not just OK, they're great.

The first call mistake -expensive destination- is not immediately refunded. I believe is a bit unreasonable for someone who does not bill more per month.

5 days after payment this was not set up and there was no contact from the provider.

Pipedrive integration was unclear needs more work.

So I've noticed with Telnyx, it's a lot more simpler and quicker to get my number. And that's the main reason why I did them. I really believe that with Telnyx it is a lot simpler. And as far as the customer service, it really... Well, I especially like the tech support thing that I'm not so tech-savvy. They walk you through, and they have an 800 number with a live person there to help you out. And that's a golden [inaudible 00:00:52]. Well, it was pretty much easy. I actually had my Telnyx for quite some time, but as I remembered, it wasn't that difficult to start. So yeah, it's really easy. With the recommendations [inaudible 00:01:10], I would say that it would be mostly, I guess, the way they handled things. I would really recommend again Telnyx to a lot of people, especially if, A, you don't want to go through the [inaudible 00:01:32] process pretty much. So for that reason, that's why I would recommend anyone to use it. Speaker 2: Okay, then.
