Poor detail in daily funds transfers to Quickbooks Online. Not having the option of our customers being searchable by "company" as we sell wholesale quite a bit.

Occasionally I have connectivity issues. If you don't have a chip reader, sometimes it's difficult because a lot of cards are starting to be chip only.

Getting set up is the biggest frustration with Search Spring only because it takes a minimum of 4 weeks to do so.
Since our launch on the SearchSpring platform, our success manager has been stellar, managing our account with great care and always with our business goals in mind.
Before Search Spring, our on site search and site merchandising was a hot mess. BigCommerce really has not addressed their native tools in either field.
Also implementation was great due to an AMAZING developer that really knocked it out of the park and took feedback very well.

Rachel: My name's Rachel, and I'm an Equine Sports Therapist. I've been using Square Online and it has a full five star rating for me. So previously to using Square Online, I was emailing invoices directly to clients, which then required some wait time and required me to spend time at the end of my days to create the invoices for them, then send them off, and it was very cumbersome and took a lot of time out of my day to send off the invoices. I chose Square Online because of its convenience, because I was able to use it on my phone through the app, or even on my laptop in between clients. And really quickly send off invoices, receive payment, and track all of my expenses and all of my incoming and out-coming payments. Getting started with Square was super easy for me. I was able to just input my services and items that I would be regularly charging my clients. And using the app and my computer, I was able to insert everything very quickly and be up and running to invoice my clients within a day. I highly recommend Square Online for anyone who's considering it. Anyone who has a fast-paced business and needs to be able to keep up with all of their invoicing and all of their payments on the fly, it is really helpful for that.
Michael M.: My name's Michael. I am a CEO. I worked in the e-commerce industry. And I would rate Relevancy Platform as a five. Before we worked with Relevancy Platform, it was an absolute nightmare trying to merchandise our site on BigCommerce. We would have to use a custom, just an ordering convention, and we couldn't actually assign a different product order to a product in another category. So it was impossible to merchandise products effectively in multiple categories. What we were able to achieve with the Relevancy Platform is a visual merchandiser where we're able to drag and drop product in each search. We can even create custom search queries above and beyond a category or a search that would be more traditional. It's really saved us countless hours and a ton of frustration, and our clients are much more satisfied. We chose Relevancy Platform because of the value. It's not a cheap piece of software, but really world-class. It saves us hundreds and hundreds of hours and just a ton of frustration. There weren't really any other products like it in the market that we were looking at or that we found, so it was really a clear choice, and we were very happy we made it. It was a great experience integrating. One of our developers worked with their team, and it was pretty a flawless handoff. You know, made some edits to our theme files on BigCommerce, and we really had no hiccups with it. There was a little bit of a learning curve, but it's not anything that a robust piece of software like this is going to have. It was pretty easy, straightforward, and we were able to learn it. With the drag and drop interface, you really can't go wrong. My recommendation for anyone that's looking at Relevancy Platform is to just do your homework and make sure that you weigh your choices. At the end of the day, I'd say you'll probably go with Relevancy Platform just because it was such a creative experience for us. It solved a lot of our business problems, brought down our costs as far as administering our client services, and increased our site user the end customer satisfaction.
