STACK Build & Operate vs RoofSnap: Which is a better fit?

Great tool, easy to learn and intuitive. Our younger employees enjoy it very much and it doesn't require a long time to be comfortable with it.

Inability to view drawings without an internet connection.

Very happy with the product overall. Especially happy with the development enhancements.

On mobile, sometimes the drawings wouldn't load. Other times, the app would crash upon opening.

It was easy to use, it is like most of the other software out on the market so if you have used any of the others you will be able to use this software with ease.

Sometimes difficult to search within the documentation.

Overall it has been a great experience with Smartuse, including any and all calls to Smartuse support. I would recommend this software to anyone.

Is to be able to edit the drop down lists of names that have been previously entered. Especially in the case of spelling errors.

My overall experience with RoofSnap has been great. Their customer service is outstanding, and they helped me setup my account, and ever trained me to use the software correctly.

Rural areas are hit and miss. Details on wings and bays are missed.

I like the option of using drone imagery or map images. The drone images from a Mavic pro are excellent and super easy to work with.

With newer builds it is sometimes hard to pinpoint in RoofSnap the exact location.

The ability to create materials list, sketch reports and documents is such an excellent feature and I am super glad they brought this product to market.

I would highly recommend RoofSnap to anyone in the roofing business. I feel the prices are very reasonable and the turn around after submitting is great.
