ALSO this happened earlier this year and it was ongoing for a month - this time it will be an estimated 3 weeks before it is fixed... ridiculous.
All the templates allow you to completely customize every element. You aren't bound by colors or have certain elements that must stay.
The only problem is that the templates and other items are very outdated. Some of the items such as page backround, buttons and element are the same elements that were on there 12 years ago.
The software is very intuitive so you can easily figure out how to produce the results you want.
Difficulty getting support, when you do—they lie and cause more problems.
Homestead has plenty of options to choose from as far as layout and design of a website. It can help you get a website up and running pretty quickly if you have a decent understanding of web design.
I loathe using the online builder which is more stable.
The team behind TC is amazing and the facebook group is very supportive. The product itself is incredible and I bought it on lifetime too so all the updates are included.
The product list gets quickly cluttered, there is no way to filter, tag or put product in folders for easier access. It gets even worse when you see the clients products under your master account.

I mean, if the Payment Failed email is already being sent to their email address, why not embed that access link in already.

I also wish that I can search via customer/client, because you have to look up the transaction first before being able to access a client overview, which is very annoying.
