Overall so far its been a great experience. The level of customer service and support once launching this product is amazing.
You cannot swipe right to go back which is very inconvenient during 1 handed operation. Also the lack of being able to post videos is a little disappointing.
The ability to communicate with everyone in the company in one place and have the ability to do mundane tasks for rewards by just communicating with others from my company.
Sometimes some employees have a hard time to connect or upload pictures. Most of the time the issue is with Android devices.
I like Arcade - it has been a fun social tool/community and a good way to get to know other people in different areas of the company.
Difficulty working with more complex metrics and KPIs, limited to the style of games and uses, customer support is lacking.
What we like the most about Arcade is the people on the other side. Alison, Jenn, James, and everyone we have had any contact with are all FANTASTIC.
We previously used GroupMe and it was a hard transition for some.
What I appreciate most about GlassHive is its remarkable user-friendliness. The platform's intuitive design makes it incredibly easy to navigate and use effectively.
So far, there hasn't been anything that we've disliked.
Good combination of Hubspot sales and marketing in one platform and an extremely good value. Been pretty important in how we manage our list's and leads on the way to them becoming a client.
However, a lot of the content of the leads provided are incorrect. Like bad phone numbers or contact names and companies that are no longer in business.
The support when I do have a chance to connect with folks on the team is helpful I like [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] and I like [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] I think they are both assets to clients.
Since it is browser-based, it is possible to accidentally hit the back button and lose recent edits.
The ease of use and colorful cheerful design makes me excited to log in. The customer support is great and helpful and always responds quickly.
The features are not as simple to access and edit throughout the campaign process. I think there is confusion with saving and editing during the initiation of campaigns.
