I have been very happy with this software platform and its outcome. It's a wonderful way to connect with brands and products.
Branding, cloud is the cloud. At first, it seems so disgusting to hear.
There are a wide range of companies to work with and I like the ad and deals that are available to help with promoting the companies and products.
I really don't see any they should pay something for the software.
I like the tracking of this software for online business the most then i like the multiply partners you that can use with this software.
Affilate program terms may be a bit confusing. Some retailers may be slow to pay out earnings as well.
It has a robust tracking system and displays the latest results within the next 2-3 hours. Additionally, it pays out the payments on time and provides excellent customer support via ticket.
It is difficult to learn and does take a lot of training. That is expected though with a software that has these capabilities.
Number of reward options available: no matter where your customers are and what they like, there is something to reward them for referring4. Very helpful customer service.
Integration with our bookings platform has been difficult.
The experience is positive, I would confidently recommend it to my colleagues as it is convenient, practical and makes work very easy.
Because our forms have a lot of custom fields it can be difficult to see all the information.
I am cheering for this company they are very invested in their own success and supporting their clients.
They took our awkward CRM/invoicing system and made it work for us.
I also really like the Rewards Dashboard, where you can your active rewards in one overview + the ones that are already issued or due so you can follow up.
We haven't had any issues or difficulties with setup and running the tooling.
Remy: Hi, my name is Remy and I'm an enterprise marketing manager. And my rating of the Impact Partnership Cloud is a four out of five. For more reviews like this, please click below. Prior to the Impact system, we were on Commission Junction for our affiliate partnership networking tool. That network, yes it's been a mainstay in the industry for many, many years, but over time, between their payout model and just their overall support from the back end proponent of things, we felt that it was better to churn there and look for a tool that was more modern, had a bigger publishing network and found that Impact was the best option for us, and that's where we ultimately landed. The customization with Impact in terms of how you're paid out, how your publishers are paid out, managing the tool with a more modern day UI and feel to it, the entire publisher network and the expansion of being able to hit a number of different industries within the verticals, you may or may not target and working with individual roles as well in terms of how they can roll out and become part of your own network, those are just a few of the multiple reasons why we decided to land with impact. Getting started with Impact was actually pretty carefree because what we had done was transitioned out of Commission Junction our previous tool and had extracted the ways we reported out, the way our program was built, the way our payouts were built. And our entire profile is essentially duplicated with our customer success team over at Impact. So no real troubles in getting started. So as long as you do your homework beforehand, you should have no problems at all while making the switch. My recommendations for anyone considering Impact partnership are just understanding basically your entire affiliate offering of whether or not a tool is robust as Impact makes the most sense for you. In our case, the way we wanted to scale our program was important for us, and knowing that we wanted a more modern day tool like Impact and knowing that the industry itself is leaning towards more, a true partnership marketing play versus an affiliate play, which is what many of the tools that are out there within the space are. So making that switch for us was simple and Impact has so many different types of functionality that can help aid and embed what you're looking to build in a true partnership vendor relationship. And for us, Impact checked all those boxes and has opened the door for many of this current position I'm in, other positions I've been that any of you out there that are considering these types of tools can look into and I think Impact is a great choice.
