The setup is super easy and the best thing is that you can customize nearly everything to suit your needs. I was used to filter my candidates by skill codes - that field did not exist before.
The only bad thing which they are working on is the geographical search function.
For Managers, the built-in KPI reporting tools are excellent for managing a teams performance. The user interface is excellent and super easy to adapt too.
I though that after my decision of using the RecruitCRM platform that their customer service would go down, but no, that didn’t happen.
I looked into 10-12 other platforms for our organization and chose Recruit CRM. I'm happy to say we're thrilled with the product and will be a customer for a long time.
On our website, if you view a job description, there is no BACK button to see all jobs. Meaning i need to refresh the page to see all jobs again.
Damini L was a great trainer , very patient and understood my learning style and let me actually click around the system while she was training me. She was so helpful I cannot praise her enough.
The login home page doesn't disappear when you login very small point and only mildly annoying as I don't like too many windows open on my browser.
The customer service is excellent and is very quick to help and do what they can. I have been very pleased with all that I have worked with.
The only one that bothers me is that I cannot amend telephone number that comes up on the CV, there isn't an option on user profile to do that. I have to do it manually each time.
I have been using allsorter.com for several months now, and I have been extremely impressed with the platform's ease of use and powerful features.
Since the last edit, sometimes allsorter tends to try and scroll itself up while I'm using it which is a bit of a pain.
This software is amazing for resume formatting - the customer service team did a great job implementing our requests and the resumes turn out great every single time we use the software.
Sometimes random letters might be missing on CV's or certain words highlighted in Italics. When spacing text on the CV, large gaps are left in pages which are difficult to format.
Our Client relationship manager, he helped me customize the system to exactly what I wanted and more. He is efficient and friendly and very good at what he does.
The text boxes can sometimes be a little difficult to maneuver.
Scott L.: It's Scott. I'm the owner of Lechley Associates. Recruit CRM, I'll give it a five out of five. Yeah, previously used Vincere, wasn't necessarily what we wanted. We had a few issues with regard to support, lack of support, I probably could say, but that's completely different with Recruit CRM. They've been fantastic. Chose Recruit CRM and spoke with Sean, the owner. He was fantastic all the way through. There was no pressure. Explained everything extremely well, gave options. And yeah, I actually went with Vincere first, then came back to Recruit CRM after a period of time. And when I came back, just as good. He said I would and I did. It was brilliant. Setting up Recruit CRM was fantastically easy, no real problems. The whole system is pretty self-explanatory. There's nothing too complicated if you've used another CRM, and I'm more than happy with it now. It's an easy system to use. Any new functionality that comes online, it's very, very easy to pick up. Anybody that's thinking of getting Recruit CRM, then just do it. You can think long and hard about a lot of these things, but they do exactly what they say they're going to do. The support functions are brilliant, never had any issues. I think you wait most two minutes. I don't think I've had to wait any longer than that. Any problems are sorted out and resolved really simply. I've used quite a few of these systems over the years, and by far, Recruit CRM is the best one I've used.
