Zoho has a great user interface the likes of google at an amazing prize which makes it a product of choice.

So you need the desktop after all. I rely on desktop anyway but it is shocking that in this day and age, Zoho does not get mobile experience right.
Over all MDaemon Email is a good quality email server, providing great features and customer support.
The Outlook connector DB stability and performance is a bit annoying at times and requires constant maintenance once the file size grows.
SPF implementation was of a great help in protecting our company from Phishing. Very easy to troubleshoot.
I make it spam level 2.5/ now all the spams going to separate folder.
Mdaemon is the perfect solution for rock solid in-house email hosting. It is far less complicated and massively simpler and more straightforward to manage than Exchange.
The system not 100% exchange compatible, may affect some demanding clients user experience.
We are very happy with MDaemon and would gladly recommend to any business wanting to know that they can run a private email server in a configuration that is entirely geared towards their business.
The log files give all the information I need to track any issues that arise. The IM conversations are all logged so any company usage violation can be documented for departmental manager use.

Currently, we use Zoho for all our emails, as well as we use some of their other features like Notepad. It's a main source of communication for our team and our clients. What I like most about Zoho Mail, it's ideal for any size organization. It allows us to be able to manage our employees' emails. We can do everything from the admin setting. It allows us to have group emails, so we can design special group emails for our clients, which works perfectly. Therefore, when our clients email, we can just give them one email address, and that goes to everybody on their team. There's not really anything I can think of that I dislike, per se, about Zoho Mail. It's a little bit pricey, but outside of that, it works perfectly well.
