Feature rich, visually pleasing and reliable. The web portal is fantastic and I love using the mobile app.
I use a spam blocker application thats why now i dont have this problem but before i had trouble with spams.
Zoho has a great user interface the likes of google at an amazing prize which makes it a product of choice.
I already contacted support a few times but they still haven't fixed that. Some less experienced users could find it confusing to forward email because of this poor wording.
This was a godsend to me, having tried other mail services for your domain, including those that come with your hosting. This is by far the easiest and better one.
There was a problem creating the address paypal@mydomain.com. I want to use that address in order to have a paypal account with that address for the business, but no.
Ease of use is very important to me as I'm constantly hiring new staff that need training, amazing plans and great customer service.
So you need the desktop after all. I rely on desktop anyway but it is shocking that in this day and age, Zoho does not get mobile experience right.
I like that it's easy to understand and if you want to just use it for email you can with ease.
Non-existent customer service. Spam is very hard control, and literally takes control over the mailbox.
In the past it was the Red option for teenagers. Had games and such that made it interesting and more fun to use.
I stopped using AOL because I was getting too many people stealing my accounts.
AOL Mail was so much fun to use and great for getting messages across. It is what we had before posting memes on social media became a thing.
The messy layout with ads everywhere makes it a frustrating and messy experience.
App interface also perfect. Security system is great and recommended email management tool.
Still saddened by the fact they got rid of it. If AOL Broadband was brought back, I'd be the first to get it.

Currently, we use Zoho for all our emails, as well as we use some of their other features like Notepad. It's a main source of communication for our team and our clients. What I like most about Zoho Mail, it's ideal for any size organization. It allows us to be able to manage our employees' emails. We can do everything from the admin setting. It allows us to have group emails, so we can design special group emails for our clients, which works perfectly. Therefore, when our clients email, we can just give them one email address, and that goes to everybody on their team. There's not really anything I can think of that I dislike, per se, about Zoho Mail. It's a little bit pricey, but outside of that, it works perfectly well.
