Definitely do your research, there are much better salon software brands out there. So happy we finally made the move and saved money with so much more that benefits us and our clients.
Difficult to use, difficult to learn, terrible customer support, very little training or assistance with set-up. Lots of reports, however, most of them are pretty useless.
It is very reliable and the customer service is excellent. I use the cloud version with online booking being one of the many benefits.
What I am most upset about was them turning off my program when I tried to call not once but twice to make a payment with them.
