The Gloss Genius community is wonderful and the support on their platform is amazing - especially for any of your customer service needs pertaining to the app.

Make sure there are no fraudulent charges that shows up. Recently, they asked me to verify my account, after I sent all the information to them.

My clients LOVE using it and there’s nothing better than those to serve being the ones who ENJOY the experience from booking to checking them out after a service has been completed.

I have noticed that I received a series of charges on my business bank account. Three of them so far, I stopped payments on all three before it went through.

I love the ease of use for my clients. I also love the reports and analysis that I can run to help inform my marketing strategy and what things I can change.

If you go through their terms of service, they mention that members cannot file a class action lawsuit against them. Now why would they ever have that in their terms of service.

I love how user friendly this software is. I love how I can integrate my work calendar to my personal calendar.

Hard for clients to find without a referral link.

I love the price how easy it is to navigate through and the feature that text clients for you is awesome. I love this product and do recommend it all the time.

I have had a few wrong numbers in my records within my cuts because of this. And there seems to be a problem with the function that puts the time and date on the appointment.

I love the reminders and the ability to save their formulas and add pricing to their appointments. I am glad it stores all my clients and I can make their appointment automatically revolve.

I think the service scroll down should be right under the date ( when booking something) currently it gets lost near the bottom.

Free and amazing for being free. Used it to keep track of clients, appointments, notes and even lets you keep track of inventory super easily.

Inventory entry can be confusing get and complicated.

Convenient, shares my info on all my devices so can go from phone to iPad with ease. Clear and love that it confirmed appointment and sends reminders also.

The time wheel is a little frustrating sometimes. I have to double check it to make sure it's the right time.
