All Features are excellent, This feature enables ease of use, application development, and definitely better performance.
It is quite expensive and employees were initially very negative about implementation.
There customer response is superb and overall, easy to access, best I can think of.
I don't have something that I dislike about this app.
It's better than the other apps and it's price iplan is so good and easy to use in office and school and college and university and administration works.
License is a little expensive for startups. Here is also no mobile version.
It allowed me to quickly and easily set up and track my employees’ timesheets. It was also great that it integrated seamlessly with other Office 365 applications, such as Outlook and OneDrive.
I have currently not experienced any challenges with the app.
It was really nice having a 3rd party overseeing what can be a daunting task especially when you are new to payroll. The support staff were always polite and courteous as well as knowledgeable.
Whats to complain about. Its so simplistic there is no room for error or really any need for improvement.
I love how simple and straightforward this product is for clocking in and out of work. I mean I love logging into EZlabor at the end of the day because that CLOCK OUT is my favorite button.
We needed a timekeeping system and after the terrible experience with ezlabor, we switched to a different vendor outside of the ADP system.
All our employees love the ease of seeing payroll and 401k. The tracking for YTD and previous years is a wonderful feature.
If you are a new company worried about workers comp.
They help resolve any issues I have. For the most part the website is easy to use and you can find things with relative ease.
The user experience is abysmal. All of the employees dread coming into this system to log their out-of-office hours.
