QuickBooks Payroll vs WorkMotion: Which is a better fit?

When our company decided to hire employees, it was important to find a good fit for payroll for our employees. We did a lot of research and watched a lot of videos of reviews and information on payroll processes that we could use. QuickBooks Online was a really good fit. It worked really well for everything that we needed. The process to set up QuickBooks Online Payroll was very quick and simple. It's an efficient process that allows for us to request the required documents and information from our employees directly online. They're able to just import all the information. We're able to upload it into QuickBooks Payroll and very efficiently run payroll biweekly very quickly and very smoothly. And able to provide all of the information they need on the portal, that they're able to access all of their own information, like all their vacation pay hours, and just the information that they need for their filing taxes at the end of the year and all of the relevant documents. Adding Payroll to our process was very, very efficient. Adding it to our existing QuickBooks Online account was just a few moments of work. It was a step-by-step process that was very clear, without any confusion. It's been an excellent journey so far. Beginning with QuickBooks Payroll is very quick and simple. The whole process is laid out for you and all of the information you will need is provided for you. I recommend that every company can use QuickBooks Online Payroll, and is very simple to use.

That was literally the easiest and most welcome way as possible from the customer success side. So yeah, that was the only software that checked our boxes. So the onboarding process with WorkMotion was very fast and very easy as well. We were set up with a customer success manager. They asked us a few questions, and we got onboarded right away, which was super convenient and very cool. It just took a few days until everything was set up fully, and the customer success management was even still available after the setup, which we really appreciated. So I can only recommend to a higher internationally in general because it culturally enriches you a lot and gives you so many more opportunities on the talent pool. But if you do so, then I totally recommend working with WorkMotion because not only the onboarding is super easy, but also the work, the day-to-day life together with WorkMotion is just so convenient. They give you a lot of consultation on the lawful aspect of things as well. They give you recommendations also when it comes to some laws in some countries or on some contractual aspects. They're superfast and they're very, very nice. So all thumbs up for WorkMotion for sure.
