We love the ease of use and speed of the system. Its been a super experience and we are very happy with everything.
Tried to use their other features such as proposals and somehow signed up for a $90 per month plan, that is useless by the way, and immediately tried to get costumer service to cancel it to no avail.
I will keep using them, and please keep your pricing affordable for us business owners. We appreciate you helping out our company and homeowners in the process.
Both good and bad, But Sometimes you get what you pay for, so the low cost sometimes doesn’t out way the Frustrating.
So far so good I know this is a newer company so I am giving it a chance and hoping they improve with time and experience.
We manufacture metal roofing panels, my only complain is that length are rounded.
You get better and better by using it and there is always the option to have them do it for you. It is easy to use and accessible wherever you have Internet available.
There isn't really anything that I don't like about it.nits very comparable to other software's except you cant beat the price.
The measurements are perfectly laid out, the pictures are usually clear, and they are so easy to read. The integrations with our other software is great as well.
I have had to call into the company a few times and let them know the material is inaccurate or if there is a section of roof missing from the blueprint.
Overall experience with Eagleview is they are a great asset to have, very user friendly and very accurate. I save a lot of time using this software.
Eagle View has trouble providing reports when a home is in a more remote location or if there are trees surrounding the home.
This is very helpful in our estimating. In addition, I love the accuracy of EagleView.
Inability to mark up buildings on commercial properties without having to upload a diagram.
Report consists of pitch & azimuth which helps in solar drawings. Very good customer service, very helpful call center representatives.
The nee fee service charging for expedite results is a scam, basically, from our point of view. We never had to wait more than 3 hours to get our reports before.
Tyler B.: Hi, I'm Tyler. I'm a business owner, and I'm giving Roofr a five out of five. For more views like this, click below. So we had also been using a software called EagleView, and basically, through that process, they have a higher monthly fee to get all of those reports in. We were doing a high volume of reports, and sometimes when we were requesting them on a certain deadline, the reports were not always come in. And we did have some problems with the measurements being consistent. So, for that reason, we switched away from EagleView. The reason we went with Roofr and gave them a try is basically because of... we had heard some other rave reviews from some of our counterparts in the roofing industry, and based on the pricing. And they also give a free trial for your first report. And we got those reports in, did the measurements to just double-check everything, and everything aligned. So, we've been using Roofr now, ever since then. Ever since bringing Roofr into our business, it's been very easy to kind of organize with all of our staff. We have multiple account managers able to use the one single account with Roofr and get all the reports in one area. And they've also kind of integrated some other things here with bidding out materials and some new software features that have worked really well with even testing out and incorporating to what we already use. For my recommendation, for anyone that's looking to consider Roofr, it's great, because they have that free introductory trial, but ever since using it in our business and trying to keep expenses down. If that's something you're looking for, if you're currently using a software like EagleView, this has been amazing for keeping our costs low in all of our bids and all of our future projects. So, for those reasons, I would recommend Roofr.
