They provide a daily training for free that is outstanding. The support and cooperation for a new user to get up to speed is the best I have seen in my 26 years in the business.
The only issue would be that the initial conversion process from our old AMS had a slight <10% error margin on the data and files that were brought over.
It's a nice add on to your existing AMS. I like that you have the ability to manage your clients, follow up with leads and the mobile app is impressive.
It would often crash or the site would go down.
I use Insuredmine everyday and it's really great. They CRM helps me and my company and all the Insuredmine team is always available to help us if we need it.
It has taken awhile to set up, but that is due to our own fault.
The support and training is the best anywhere. Free Daily training, other support is the best.
However, these were corrected in a matter of days, not weeks. Other than that, there are no other issues.
A powerful tool with in so many aspects being a java developer i really got impressed the way tool was built and it is very inspiring.
The only issue that I faced was the connectivity issues. It kept saying service unavailable error and I had to stop/restart the server using putty.
In-built support for features like Captcha and Integration with Analytics Engines & Payment systems are very cool about the product. Overall, Innoveo is a very good package to use.

I love how someone who is not fluent in coding can use a product like this and how simple they make it to develop apps for my clients.
No in-built reporting and dashboards capabilities.
Features are more exciting and easy to use. UI is very understandable.
Business canvas UI is not too intuitive (may require the user to search around till you get used to the application a lot). In-built XSLT based PDF generation appears problematic at times.
