Overall it has been a real gem of a product and service. It is very secure and enables us to deliver sensitive information to our clients in a very secure compliant way.
Price continued to climb and we unknowingly were charged 3,000.00.
I have been completely pleased with the ease of use. Also, customer service has been extremely responsive.
It was great historically, but the pricing games leave a bad taste in my mouth. Any vendor that raises their price 6-12x without proper communication and warning is going to be permanently fired.
The GUI, the fast file upload, the folder sharing and protections, and SFTP features are excellent. The price point for our plan is fantastic considering the quality and amount of features available.
You typically have to click upload as otherwise it tries to make you drop it into an existing folder.
It was very easy to setup and has been very reliable. The ability to create a separate account for each vendor, and audit their interactions with the FTP server, has been incredibly useful.
In other cases, users forget to flag files for deletion and the space utilization sometimes grows without control.
I have all my important documents and files saved in it and my photos are saved and it backs everything up.
I don't hate anything so far but when you forget your login details it renders the iPhone useless. So always keep your login.
First of all, iCloud is super easy to use and cheap. I do really appreciate the ease of syncing for example documents and photos with all of the Apple devices that you have.
I had a problem trying to opening my files on my android tabs and keep on interrupting my transfer process.
My experience with iCloud is positive, highlighting its ease of use, real-time synchronization, secure document storage, and the ease of collaborating on projects and documents with others.
There are some issue that people icloud has been breach and data has been leaked. I take it seriously and had adding more security to the account.
I loved how easy and flexible it is. It allows for me to link my files and share with my clients, as a health coach its a great.
I switched my iPhone for an Android device, and to my surprise, I couldn't access my uploaded files on my new phone. I also lost access to my iCloud email—shame on you, Apple.
Francisco: Hi, I'm Francisco. I'm a Chief's Editor, and I give iCloud four out of five stars. For more review like this, click below. Other software that I tried is the Google Suite, specifically, Google Drive. I also tried OneDrive, Dropbox, a lot of software before using iCloud. The other software is great for Windows and maybe Linux, but when working in Apple products, I really like to use iCloud. Yeah. Well, the main reason is that you need to have diversity in the company when using multiple platforms, but specifically for Apple products, iCloud is very, very easy to use. Integrations are very... Close compatibility between Apple devices is really easy to use. Yeah. Well, it is not really hard. It depends on how many Apple devices you have. If you don't have the need to use it, well, it will be a little bit difficult because integration with Windows and other smartphone platforms is not very intuitive and you have to use... I don't know. For example, Windows, you have to use Chrome for integrate iCloud, the Keychain, for example. But if you already have many Apple devices in your company, it is not really a problem. You just have to log in, you have to have your account, and that's it. Well, the first recommendation, it will be, if you manage a lot of accounts, for example, you're an IT and you get in charge of all the email of the employees, right? You have to remember all those passwords and accounts and all of that. Sure you can save them anywhere, or you can check it in your IT software, but you can also use Keychain. It's like, "Oh, wait. I need to check this accountant in my cell phone, or in my Mac." Yeah. And then you just log in. Your biometric security is all that you need, and you have access to all that information. So, I think that is really cool.
