Overall, I have been please with Mariana Teck. The usage is simple, the graphics are nice and I have been pleased with using the various platforms across Macs, Windows and iPhones.
My ask to MT is to just do better, stop forcing your customers to self-diagnose problems, and point at your sister company when it is an internal problem.
