There are some nice features which help to look chatbot more alive.
The company does not have it's own WhatsApp APIs which makes it a bit costly to operate a chatbot.
I also like the fact that the company is innovative and is always introducing new useful features.
I'm very missing the notification system, which lets the operator know that the client wants to communicate with an operator.
Many of these features allow you to completely customize your chatbots with or without coding and native integrations are really useful and suitable for any need.
Also in the conversation section, there is no filter which lets to filter the last communication, because now there is "last seen", which is not the same as last communication.
It's very easy to set up this chatbot, everything is pretty much clear, there are few tutorials which help a lot to understand the way it works.
Once Credit Card number is in, they will not allow you to diable the account and continue to charge you for one excuse or another. U cannot remove Credit Card number or cancel your account.
If you are looking for a chatbot that is easy to customize and set up, Botsonic is a great solution. They have done everything on the backend so you can quickly customize and launch a useful chatbot.
The most least thing that I dislike about Botsonic is its inability to answer questions accurately.
The biggest feature that I like most about Botsonic's Chatbot is its implementation process. More or less, to take out all of the coding that other bots require was a wonderful feature.
Having trouble connecting to API - want to make my chatbot available on WhatsAPP, but it proves to be a challenge for me.
Moreover, the sophisticated branding capabilities of Botsonic allow for seamless white-labeling, making it a valuable asset for enhancing our digital customer engagement strategy.
As a fairly new company it can be scary if they get bought out and my customers don't have a choice to stay or go.
What I like most about Botsonic is about how, if you ask it, it will actually participate in instructing you on how to best instruct it. And, those instructions are spot-on.
