The company does not have it's own WhatsApp APIs which makes it a bit costly to operate a chatbot.
I also like the fact that the company is innovative and is always introducing new useful features.
I'm very missing the notification system, which lets the operator know that the client wants to communicate with an operator.
Many of these features allow you to completely customize your chatbots with or without coding and native integrations are really useful and suitable for any need.
Also in the conversation section, there is no filter which lets to filter the last communication, because now there is "last seen", which is not the same as last communication.
It's very easy to set up this chatbot, everything is pretty much clear, there are few tutorials which help a lot to understand the way it works.
Once Credit Card number is in, they will not allow you to diable the account and continue to charge you for one excuse or another. U cannot remove Credit Card number or cancel your account.
Great interface and really easy to produce good looking reports. Excellent customer service - quick, accurate and helpful.
However, I was very disillusioned with this when I saw the summaries it put together were just a sentence or two long, with a link to the Fathom recording.
I love the seamless interface to have it join meetings, and then the little widget that allows you to mark important things in the meeting is a total game-changer for my sales calls.
The interface for my library of recorders is not well organized, and hard to add labels, utilize folders and not have the thumbnails show up.
My overall experience has been superior to any tool that I’ve used. Customer service is very important to me and they are absolutely amazing as well.
Occasionally it gets spellings wrong, or mishears words. But I can still work it out, I was there.
I also love how I can easily share the videos with prospects. The integrations with HubSpot and Zoom have also been a huge help.
I accidentally turned Fathom off once I had started a meeting and couldn't find a way to quickly turn it back on.
