Any organisation, globally, that needs to manage membership, events, teams, bookings, shop, payments ... This includes any commercial and non-profit clubs and associations; especially sport-related.
It's great from a scheduling standpoint and quick and easy to make teams. Parents: As a parent, I LOVE the ease and convenience of signing my kids up for soccer through Crossbar.
Scheduler takes a bit to get used to. Some members have had trouble uploading documents.
From demo day to present day, they have been very responsive and helpful. They do an amazing job of training and are available to help every step of the way.
The build out of registration behind the scenes is a bit tricky to learn. Some of the field labels aren't intuitive and it took a while to learn.
We compared this against 5 other platforms, and this was hands down the best solution at the right price. Couple that with the amazing customer service, and CrossBar is a homerun.
In other programs people could have other roles and have access to only specific sections.I don't like that you can't see a full month on a teams page of activities its week by week.
We have better function at a lower cost. Customer service is outstanding, very prompt and quick to resolve issues and answer questions.
This has been very challenging. I don't like that we cannot assign roles/permissions to our staff, meaning Registration, web design etc and it has to go through crossbar.
The system is flexible, comprehensive and very well thought through. The platform performance is excellent, with good response times and (to my knowledge) no downtime in our three years of use.
It's our first year, and it's still too early to tell whether this is just teething problems, or will settle down.
The support we receive from the team is superb, and they are extremely responsive to any issues. The product is regularly updated with bug fixes, functionality enhancements, and new features.

I have no reservations whatsoever in recommending myClubhouse.
Not only do they deliver a brilliant software platform, they also hold your hand throughout the implementation & configuration. The proactive and reactive development of the platform is excellent too.
It is restricted on terms of multiple costs for a single facility and shared payment.
