The support we have received is fantastic, and the team are incredibly well connected with their users. The free webinars with Q&A sessions etc are very useful and much appreciated.

Insights for the email and SMS feature were limited - could see the no. Of messages sent and failed, but not to who i.e. their number or email address.

Fairly easy to learn and navigate. Fantastic and responsive customer support: when I have a question (and I always do), the team are incredibly responsive, patient and clear.

We don't use Salesforce (which Raisely does integrate with) so could not set up the website so that it integrated with our CRM. Was difficult to import data about participants onto the website.

Such a great experience from start to finish - [SENSITIVE CONTENT] was super helpful and very patient in stepping through each area of the dashboard.

But, once we pointed it out to the team they fixed them either the day off or told us that they would be working in a week. It's not as well known by others.

Their triggered email option is ABSOLUTELY worth the monthly fee as it has revolutionised our supporter journey. On the whole, it's simple to use and their templates are awesome.

It's not as easy or user-friendly to use for someone who has absolutely no coding experience.

Great experience creating events, transferring funds, refunding payees and over ease of the site. I love it and recommend it to all my colleagues.

This is challenging for our PTA because our school is in a cellular dead zone, and the school is very hesitant to allow us to join their network.

I liked most that I was able to hold a repeated event the next year and all of my information was there, secure, and I didn't have to enter it all over again. I like the reporting capabilities.

We are a non-profit entity needing to keep our records simple; there's no doubt in my mind that everything is correct and I'll have all the information I need to provide financial reports.

I LOVE the ease of use, the customizing of each collection and item. We also love that multiples users can participate in different capacities.

There doesn't seem to be an option for just adding waitlisting. Its too much to pay for just that one functionality.

The payment process is super easy to use. We really love the capabilities to have several fundraisers open for different events and being able to track each events page.

We find our parents and teachers are able to pay online much quicker than trying to remember to send in a check or cash for whatever event we are collecting for.
