OmniPost vs PostScan Mail: Which is a better fit?

I am very happy using OmniPost. The system has been very beneficial and the customer support has been excellent when required.

Does not take out of hours into account so you can fail an SLA if you book an item in to close to the end of the day. But I have been told that that is in the works and will be rectified soon.

The system is easy to use and is very flexible. It has great functionality and the support that is available gives you a high level of confidence in the software.

The accumulation of non-collected parcel has disappeared when Omni Post was introduced.

We use it daily, it's great and has improved all aspects of looking after the goods in.

Does exactly what we need it to do without fuss although sometimes has the odd glitch.

The training package was very comprehensive and [SENSITIVE CONTENT] personally attended site to train the team thoroughly at a time suited to us.

Provides a very useful service for someone like me who lives overseas. The ability to view a scanned copy of mail in a timely manner is especially useful.

All just very bad, handling of our emails to them takes ages, no apology, just ripping you off with parcel storage costs which are not described anywhere, parcel forwarding prices ridiculous.

When I travel abroad, PostScanMail makes me feel like I have a good friend taking care of my mail.

The only thing that was confusing to me was the whole recycle VS recycle/delete. I did not understand that if I didn't recycle the hard copies and just keep the online copy, I would be charged.

Since my business was moving and eventually closing, it was so great not have that mail forwarded to my personal address. I really appreciated that.

Lost my renewed driver's license and did not do anything to find the letter. Forced me to do all the run around to the post office which said they never got the letter.

I have a few online businesses and it's important that I be notified if anything is returned. This has happened a handful of times already so it's been a useful service for me.

I got charged $25 to forward a single letter 10 miles via Priority Mail. Had I actually KNOWN that they were going to charge 300% of list price, I would have opted for First Class.
