Julius vs Lyfpit: Which is a better fit?

The ease of use is great. I'm not in Julius a ton, so it's great that I can find things when I need them.

Topics vs. Interest is confusing. I also found many errors on profiles - for example, an influencer who was Female would be under Male, an influencer who was White would be under Hispanic.

Great experience - all of our customer support contacts are wonderful and promptly get back to us with feedback/answers.

Only annoyance with this software is having to get a code sent to my cell phone every time we try to log in.

The reports are most useful as they display clear graphics which are easy to share with colleagues and relay the most important information. Julius' customer service is exceptional.

I feel that very often we have to reach out to our reps to have influencers added to the platform, which can be inconvenient when we're on a tight schedule.

The tracking/checking of the influencer's content is very much applicable. And the customer service has been wonderful - Barbra is so responsive and so ready to help us with anything we need.

It is still missing database from Ecuador. We have done some exercises on influencer discovery but the filters are not showing us useful results yet.

Extremely user friendly + easy to navigate- customer service is extremely friendly and helpful- easy way to manage social media especially for top tier accounts.

Pricing can be unclear and confusing. Limited browser compatibility.

Overall experience is nice to date as Lyfpit is one of the most advanced and smartest branding and marketing solutions for professionals and organizations.

The presence of a watermark feature can be somewhat irritating.

Overall, Lyfpit is a great social media management platform for businesses of all sizes. It is easy to use, affordable, and has a number of powerful features.

Sometimes getting performance lack and depends on internet connectivity.

Its UI is very clean and minimal which is very easy to use. COlor combination used in the dashboard is very good which also helps me to understand the reports.

Though , we felt that pricing is not quite clear and there are some hidden fees attached to subscription which often pose problems sometime.
