I've used ChatWing for my main website which is super popular, and users fall in love with it on the first time.
Additionally I consistently have problems after entering text and having it show up out of order when I switch apps.
I love the ability to size it and the patterns that I can use to create the look and feel that I want for my presentation. My goal is to focus on my expertise and interacting with my audience.
The Enterprise plan on Chatwing is a bit expensive mostly when it comes to the charges per extra contacts.
It's clean, fast and nice. I do like a lot of customization options and all other options which allows you to literally change every inch of your chat.
But mostly that you just stopped the free version with no warning at all. Not a good way to do business.
It's an excellent option to interact with the public, the use is very simple and it looks great on any platform that the client uses.
I would be tempted to pay $5.00 a month but your cost are way over rated. I will find another chat alternative.
Outstanding performance and ease to use, also supports up tu 25 participants on trail mode.
The only problem is I have only used it once. These types of apps need to work together, so I dont have to download and pay for some.
The ability to attend a webinar without having to download the application is a great feature. I also like that the application is as effective as the web version.
I thought it was annoying that it was difficult to do video.
Great product, I love it that I can reach my customers via a screen share and still have the ability to show my presentations and also explain with screen sharing as well.
Audio has trouble from time to time and cuts in and out.
Yes I love this service because it is affordable on mobile devices and also easy to download and install.
Sometimes problem raised in muting and un-muting participants. Resolution problem in mobile and for that reason it can not be used in full screen mode in mobile.
Brynna H.: Hi, my name is Brynna and I am a personal coach in the health and wellness industry. And I give Chatroll a five out of five star rating. When trying to decide which software to use I didn't really look at any others, Chatroll felt like a really obvious choice. They had a free plan for the number of users that I needed so I just jumped right in and got started. The reasons that I decided to use Chatroll for my online webinars is because they had a free option for the number of users that I was using at the time and I knew that I could just level up if I needed to. I really thought that it was a very user-friendly interface, it seemed really easy to onboard, and I liked that I could customize my chat box so that it matched the colors and font on my blog, rather than having it look out of place with someone else's choices and design. The onboarding process with Chatroll, I would say is a moderate difficulty level as far as getting all set up. You have to make sure you have all of the correct access codes put in on your blog correctly. And you want to just test it out, make sure that it's running correctly, give it a couple of trial runs, make sure you've got it all exactly the way you want it. But once you do, it's an absolute breeze to use and it didn't give me any problems once I had it set up correctly. For anyone thinking of using Chatroll, I would highly recommend it. It's got a free plan, so if you're just starting out and you don't have a lot of users, that's okay it really doesn't cost you anything. You have so much that you need to be thinking about if you're starting to do online webinars on your blog or somewhere else, you've got to make sure that your feed is correct, and you've got to make sure you've got all the right things. Chatroll you don't have to worry about it at all. Once you've got it there, it works great. You can see what everybody has to say right there during your live webinar. It's easy to monitor, it's easy to use and I would highly recommend getting started to give your webinars to extra professional touch, to just make them that much more awesome.
Susan: Hi, my name is Susan. I'm a Tech Ninja. I give Zoho Meeting a five out of five rating. For more reviews like this, click link below. Probably, most everybody else was Zoom. I switched primarily because I was using Zoho One and it was integrated with that. So one of the reasons I chose Zoho meeting is because it's integrated with Zoho CRM, so everything's in one place. But actually, I found a lot of features within Zoho Meeting that I like better than Zoom. One of the features was that when I was using Zoom, if I wanted to share a video with someone, I would have to download it and then email them because my storage on Zoom was getting filled up. With Zoho Meeting, once I record a video, it sends me an email with the link embedded, and all I'll have to do is forward that email link to my customer and they can just click on it. So, it was a lot less steps for me to do a meeting share like that. The other thing I like is there's actually a lot of features within Zoho. They had a chat area where I can take notes, besides the chat, and share that with people on the call. So there were just some features that Zoom may have integrated since I switched about a year ago, but there's some things in Zoom that I had never seen in Zoom... Or Zoho that I had never seen in Zoom before. So, that was really good. As far as integrating Zoho Meeting, it was pretty easy for me because I have been in tech for a while. It was a little disconcerting for my customers, because they were so used to Zoom that there was a little bit of a learning curve, but not much. Once they realized this was very similar to Zoom, it worked really well for them as well. So if you're looking for something else besides Zoom, I recommend Zoho Meeting as an alternative. One of the reasons I really made the switch is because I'm using Zoho One, I'm paying a fee of $37 per month for all the tools within Zoho One. And there are a lot. Zoho Meeting is just one of them. But one of the other things was just by integrating my invoicing and my meetings into Zoho, I was paying initially with Zoom and FreshBooks, $40 a month, and I'm only paying $37 a month with Zoho Meeting. So if you're looking to consolidate not only your tools as well as your cost into something, I recommend Zoho One as an alternative. But test it out.
