I love how they offer the CRM tool and even more I love how easy is to create a website for your restaurant with them.

Beyond that steer clear if you are a restaurant. The convenient tech on the backend does not justify to the awful day-today, and utterly useless reporting.

Easy to buy local at Best Buy, easy to set up and great menu. I also love the daily sales report that I get via email.

Fear of multiple transactions and fraud. Not sure as to how safe and secure in long run.

The online menu options was super nice as well. The new addition of the pre-authorization feature is a GAME CHANGER at our establishment.

The software is so glitchy that it has been an epic fail.

I loved how in depth and detailed one could get and that it considered things like substitutions and such.

E.g. I have a category called "Beer" that contains 8 different beers. I can see how much gross sales the category does, but I cannot look into the category to see any more detail than that.

Its been a good experience, customer service is helpful as well.

I have found that if I take food preferences off such as drinks and dislikes is the only way I can print the menu's with all 3 meals on one sheet of paper.

Ease of use and ability to easily train others on basic operations such and printing the traycards or certain reports in the event I am unavailable to perform the operations myself.

Since we have a large selection of foods, I am not always able to print all 3 meals on the same sheet of paper than causes problems in the kitchen where the meal is prepped and plated.

Very user friendly, meal manager, recipes meal cards are easily accessed, Love all of the different report optins.

I don't really have anything that I don't like about the software. It updated and it works.

Entering house recipes is beneficial for resident and/or local favorites. Still learning various functions to improve our service.
