ePACT vs Everbridge Mass Notification: Which is a better fit?

I like how there is an app to see this information on site during camp and it is easy to read. It is also a secure way to keep all of this important information.

The inability for people to create their own account and link it to our program. We had a few people who had invalid emails and then were unable to register until we fixed it on our end.

A lot of accounts incomplete and people don't know why so it needs to be very known to customer what they are missing so we can download files.

I love using ePACT! it has made my job a lot easier over all and gives me a very effective & efficient way to communicate with parents. Very accessible and the staff at ePACT is all very helpful.

When it is added as a waiver parents are only signing off that they did something when in reality they did not and then the info is missing.

Some of the general ePact functionality vs our set up has been confusing for customers.

It has been good and beneficial to help everyone stay informed.

I dislike having to have the app on my phone for something occasionally/rarely needed.

It definitely is a great way to notify large groups of people particularly with alerts that could pertain to safety for everyone to be aware of.

The training was lengthy and difficult. It was also very hard to focus on listening to training sessions with a computer voice and not an actual recording or teacher.

I use this product often during the week and am very pleased with it.

Repeated updates can be annoying. Instead of a single message, every update is sent whether or not information changes.

I liked the ability to be able to record your own voice for phone call messages.

Based off of the preconfigured business rules, Everbridge covers emergency alerting for IT outages, Cyber Security Breaches, Power Outages and Major IT Escalations.
