My recommendation for anyone looking into it is to have a strong plan and a devoted 'Trainual Champion' devoted to the buildout and implantation of the platform.
Acquiring all their credentials and having to log in individually as them, is a pain.
They have supported us throughout the process. When you have a great product and an even better team supporting it, great things happen.
The only issues I have is logging in sometimes it lags for a long time and I usually have to refresh it.
I have been in charge of adding many SOPs to our Trainual platform and I love the user friendly capabilities it has to offer. I am not the most "techy" person, so if I can do it, anyone can do it.
And the “essay” exams are NOT FUNCTIONAL because there is no way for the Administrator to review and approve the submissions. It just says 100% no matter what they write.
Trainual seemed like the perfect fit for training our employees across departments. We only got it half implemented before adopting some other tools, but I loved the start to it.
What about definition matching or something else more interactive than multiple choice. And I wish you could turn off the feature where it shows the User what they got wrong.

The difficult part was having the students involved and keep up with the work, and they found sometimes sifficult to download the material.

John S.: Hello, my name is John. I'm the hiring and training director at a medium-sized company, and I would rate Trainual five out of five stars. Before Trainual, we had everything stored in Google Docs or in other different random places. We had it printed off at our locations, but, honestly, every location we went to, the training manual was slightly different. It would have this version, or that version, and, honestly, we couldn't get something consistently into the hands of our employees. Trainual, in the end, was an easy decision. This was because there was a few factors that we were looking for, and I wanted an app, something that it would be accessible to our employees at all times, and also, you could have pictures and videos. It's very easy to edit, and, ultimately, down to the wire, it was the best price. There was nothing that offered to us what Trainual does for the price that it does. Even now, years later, still is very competitive. It always surprised me how easy it was to get started. They still have the same policy now, where you can just sign up for a free trial without a card. You can just try it out, mess around within the system, basically, see how well you can just navigate it without much training, and that was very easy, and then, of course, once you do sign up, they offer very extensive training within Trainual itself. It still shocks me to this day how easy it was. The one thing I would advise anyone that's looking into Trainual is just how great it is, but, at the end of the day, it's still a tool, so whatever you put into it, that's what you're going to get out, and so the great benefit is that Trainual is such a blessing to use. It's easy, it's very intuitive, and, honestly, one of the things I really appreciate is that they're always updating their processes, their updates, and how to use the program. So, again, making sure to be in it. It is a living, breathing creature, so pour into it what you want to get out.
