Creating email templates is confusing and confusing.
Apptivo has greatly improved our efficiency with the company and has helped streamline our production and customer contacts at an affordable price. The customer support for the software is fantastic.
Some of the templates such as purchase order, packing slip are hard to customize. Some of the fields do not display consistently.
The technical support is great and the dashboard function is a big help and better than what any competitor has to offer.

1st of all Act! customer, service is off the charts great. Always so friendly and helpful.
Act Marketing Automation does not work. We have battled with trying to get this working for over two years with appalling customer support and still no resolution.
Speaker 1: Hi, my name is Tracy. I'm a wedding planner and I give Apptivo five out of five, and for more reviews like this hit below. Before Apptivo, I was using Google Drive documents and it was just not working. It was for our email sequence follow up. It was very time consuming. I would have to copy and paste all of my follow up sequence. Now, with Apptivo, my world has changed. I have saved so much time and effort. I basically have it set up on the back end and we set it and forget it. It basically sends out emails every three to four days to our customers and we don't really have to constantly follow up with them. It does it for ourselves and it's amazing. I love it. So, I chose Apptivo because following up is very time consuming, and we get a lot of leads, which are brides, and we have to constantly stay on top of the leads that are coming in and tracking them throughout our sales cycle, and I just needed a better system to bring them from the lead process all the way to consultation, to booking. And Apptivo has just been a wonderful change for the better and I couldn't be happier. So, thank you, Apptivo. So, setting up Apptivo was pretty easy. We just had to go through our existing customer database and move all the contact information over, and once it was set up we just kind of went in and we decided what days we wanted to send out the follow up emails, and from there it's really been a dream. It's the best thing ever and I will be telling more people about it. I'm really happy with it. So, my best advice on if you're on the fence on whether you should get Apptivo or something else is, I would definitely get Apptivo. My assistant and I, we researched about five other platforms, and for the value, the money that we pay, I'm just blown away that it actually does what we need it to do, because we've researched other companies and it didn't do what we needed. So, I would say just do it because it's going to change your life. You're going to have your time back, which is amazing.

Act! was solving the problem of keeping track of all of our contacts, potential sales customers, and just allowing us to keep in touch with them. The best thing about Act! is how well it works on my phone. I don't need to be in front of my computer in an office to use Act!. I just pull it up on my phone and I'm good to go. The only thing that kind of was not perfect about Act! was they weren't always upgrading the app fast enough, but the app, as a whole, it was really great. Every so often I would just want to see an update to the app and it would take an extra month or two, but we would always get all the updates we needed.
