Cisco Secure Email is essential for us. The experience has been excellent and makes us more secure against the myriad of external attacks with attachments containing malicious links sent by email.
Sometimes really annoying to use, slow, logging in constantly and sending emails is frustrating due to it being basically an email within an email.
Its safe, reliable , really easy to use and GDPR compliant. Great to use for sending emails with sensitive docs and data.
There's nothing that I can think of that I dislike about this software.
I like the ability to customize the configuration and use Cisco Email Security appliance as an email gateway. Additionally, the spam filter and quarantine capability is much recommended.
It sometimes locks me out. I have worked with IT in the past to get this problem fixed, but it still does this occasionally, which can really slow down my work.

Not nything to complain but however much security is provided by this, you can not shut your eyes to scams and there new kinds of fraud.
My overall experience was quite good and I am impressed with the functionality of the software.
GoDMARC is great at stopping those annoying email phishing and spoofing scams, but it's not going to protect you from every email threat out there.
GoDMARC also offers a superb real-time monitoring capabilities. To top it all of, it's billing system is also not complicated and is very affordable in my opinion.
